F6Game is an online gaming platform operated at f6game.ws, serving players across Pakistan. When this Privacy Policy refers to "F6Game", "we", "us", or "our", it means the operator of the f6game.ws platform. When it refers to "you" or "your", it means any person who visits, registers, or uses the F6Game platform.

Information collected automatically when you use F6Game:

Your gaming data on F6Game — from cricket bets to casino games — is used only to operate and improve your experience.

- Legal obligation: Identity verification, anti-money-laundering screening, and transaction record-keeping are required by financial regulations and platform compliance obligations. F6Game processes data for these purposes because it is legally required to do so.
- Legitimate interests: Fraud detection, security monitoring, and platform improvement are conducted on the basis of F6Game's legitimate interest in operating a safe, fair, and commercially viable platform — in ways that do not override your privacy rights.

5Who F6Game Shares Your Data With
F6Game does not sell your personal data to any third party. We do not share your information with advertisers, data brokers, or any commercial entity that would use it for their own marketing purposes. Data sharing by F6Game is limited strictly to the following categories of recipients, and only for the purposes stated:
- Payment processors: JazzCash, Easypaisa, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT processors, and Visa/Mastercard networks receive the payment information necessary to process your deposit and withdrawal transactions. These providers are bound by their own data protection obligations.
- Identity verification providers: F6Game uses third-party KYC service providers to verify the identity and age of players. These providers receive the minimum personal data necessary to perform the verification — typically your name, date of birth, and CNIC number or image.
- Fraud and compliance screening: F6Game uses compliance screening services to check player information against sanctions lists and financial crime databases, as required by anti-money-laundering obligations.
- Technology and hosting providers: F6Game's platform infrastructure relies on third-party hosting and technology providers. These providers process data on our behalf under contractual obligations to maintain confidentiality and security.

Payment data security: F6Game does not store full payment card numbers, JazzCash PINs, Easypaisa account passwords, or any authentication credentials for your payment accounts. The payment details stored by F6Game are limited to the payment method type, the last four digits or masked account identifier, and the transaction reference numbers generated by the payment processor. Full payment credentials are handled exclusively by the payment processor and are never transmitted to or stored on F6Game's servers.
Third-party payment privacy: When you transact through JazzCash or Easypaisa, those transactions are also subject to those providers' own privacy policies. F6Game does not control what data those providers collect through their own interfaces, and encourages players to review the relevant provider's privacy policy.
Every game session on F6Game is logged securely — used for fair play monitoring and responsible gaming, never sold.
7Cookies and Tracking Technologies
F6Game uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on the f6game.ws website. Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser. They are used for the purposes described below.

8How Long F6Game Keeps Your Data
F6Game retains personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, and for as long as required by applicable compliance obligations. The general retention periods are set out in the data table in Section 2, and the principles behind them are:
- Active account data — name, contact details, gaming history, and payment records — is retained for the lifetime of your account plus five years following account closure. This retention period is required by financial compliance and anti-money-laundering regulations.
- KYC documents such as CNIC copies are retained for a minimum of five years from the date of verification, in line with standard financial record-keeping requirements.
- IP addresses and device data used for security and fraud detection are held on a rolling 90-day basis, after which they are deleted or anonymised unless they are associated with an ongoing investigation.
- Customer support records are retained for three years from the date of last contact, to allow F6Game to provide consistent support and to resolve any future disputes relating to the same issue.
- Marketing opt-in records are retained for as long as you remain opted in, and for one year after you withdraw consent, to demonstrate that consent existed at the time communications were sent.
When data reaches the end of its retention period and no legal obligation requires further retention, F6Game deletes or irreversibly anonymises it. Anonymised aggregate data — for example, platform-wide statistics that cannot be linked to any individual — may be retained indefinitely for platform improvement purposes.
9How F6Game Protects Your Data

Right to Access
You can request a copy of all personal data F6Game holds about you. We will provide it in a readable format within 30 days of your verified request.
Right to Correct
If any personal data F6Game holds about you is inaccurate or out of date, you can request that it be corrected. Most basic account details can be updated directly in your account settings.
Right to Delete
You can request that F6Game delete your personal data. This right applies where the data is no longer necessary for its original purpose and no legal retention obligation overrides the request.
Right to Portability
You can request your account data in a structured, machine-readable format. This allows you to take your data elsewhere. F6Game will provide it in JSON or CSV format on request.
Right to Object
You can object to F6Game processing your personal data for marketing purposes at any time. You can also object to processing based on legitimate interests where you have grounds related to your particular situation.
Right to Restrict
You can request that F6Game restrict its processing of your data in certain circumstances — for example, while a correction request is being verified, or where you have objected to processing and a review is pending.
Note on deletion and legal retention: F6Game cannot delete data that it is legally required to retain — for example, transaction records required by anti-money-laundering regulations. Where a deletion request covers data subject to a legal retention obligation, F6Game will delete the requested data once the mandatory retention period has elapsed and will inform you of the applicable timeline.
11Children and Minors
The F6Game platform is strictly for adults aged 18 years and over. F6Game does not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 18. The platform's registration process includes an age confirmation step, and identity verification procedures are in place to detect and prevent underage registration.
If F6Game becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a minor — whether through the registration process, through a parent or guardian making a complaint, or through internal detection — the account will be closed immediately, all personal data associated with it will be deleted (except where retention is required to comply with a legal obligation), and any deposited funds will be returned to the payment source.

12Changes to This Privacy Policy

Minor clarifications or corrections that do not change the substance of how your data is handled may be made without advance notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect when the policy was most recently revised.
Your continued use of F6Game after a revised Privacy Policy has taken effect constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
